I have no interest in going back to school or college, why would I do this?

You get assessed while doing your job – there is no study or exams. This qualification gives you recognition for the skills you already have and is valuable when looking at promotion and career progression.

I am concerned that my writing and maths skills aren’t good enough

There are no exams, and an assessor will be there to help you along the way.

I have been doing this job for years and got this far without these qualifications, why should I bother?

Experience in a job role is valuable, but proving it is often difficult. This qualification will prove that you are experience at your job and will get you recognition for the fact that you do your job to a high standard.

How will I fit it in with my work and family commitments?

We will fit everything around you. You are only assessed in your normal working hours while doing your normal work activities so this will not interfere with anything.

What is the real value of these qualifications?

They prove to your employer that you do your jobs to a nationally recognised standard. More employers are recognising these QCFs than ever before with many household names using them to invest in their employees.
